Awesome knives for the price I bought the whole set. Every knife is fantastic.

I dont ever write reviews but I was so impressed with these knives today I came here to write one. Couldn't find my knives packed away from moving and shot a deer on opening day so I stopped by a local outdoor store on the way home from working looking for a fillet knife. They were out and said they only had this set in stock, I grabbed it thinking they would be wal mart quality and would need sharpening once I got home. Got home late and raced to get my deer processed before it got dark so jumped right in with them out of the box. When I say they cut through everything like butter, worked like magic, and were RAZOR sharp the entire process and I mean SHARP I TOUCHED the top of my thumb by accident and it nicked through my rubber glove and gave me a paper cut kiss that drew blood. I was extremely surprised and impressed by these knives and told my buddy there with me about a dozen times over with him agreeing. Definitely recommend 10 outta 10 from a backyard butcher in MT. Get yourself a set!

Work really well for skinning

Haven’t gotten a chance to use it yet, but it came quickly, is very sharp and is exactly as described.

Works great! It’s awesome having the option for different grits for sharpening. Used it on my kitchen knifes with the fine side and it only took 2-3 strokes to get it razor sharp.

Outdoor Edge knives are the best!
I absolutely love it! I’ve tried knives with replacement blades before and I’ve always been disappointed because they were thin and weak and cheaply made, but not Outdoor Edge knives, their knives are tough, with blades that are thick and strong and quality made. I bought this one to replace another limited edition knife ( The Save The Hunt edition), which unfortunately I lost. I hope that Outdoor Edge decides to make some more of that edition in the future. And I wish that they would make a pelting knife with replacement blades. You can’t go wrong with their products!

Great folding knife, light weight and compact. Blade inserts retain edge well. Only used one recently to gut and skin a bull elk. Non-slip
grip worked well, and clean-up was a breeze. I recommend this knife.

Used the knives for the first time last night. Having a good sharp knife makes the task much easier and quicker. Will be using the boning and butcher knives later today to finish the job. So far I love them !

Nice addition to my hunting pack. No more fumbling for blades wrapped in plastic. Probably purchase another on just in case!!!
