Good and sharp knife, built well should hold up for a long time. The knife is longer than I thought it would be will cut a big brisket.

I saw this EgoMax Brisket Knife on the Meat 'n Greet BBQ YouTube channel. I ordered it. Have not used it on brisket yet (weather?.....snowing!!..... .temps?.....brutally low!!
...) but I have made a stuffed pork loin roast & used this knife. It sliced the roast like butter. Very sharp. I'm very impressed with the ErgoMax Brisket Slicer knife. There's a brisket on the horizon when the weather breaks!!
