A valid email address, mailing address, a description of the issue, and image(s) of the issue are required for processing. Please allow up to 7 days processing time beginning upon receipt of the item at Outdoor Edge in Denver, CO. Actual warranty replacement times from start to finish will vary dependent on transit times of items to and from Outdoor Edge. Each Outdoor Edge product comes with a Lifetime Guarantee to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. Our knives are produced from stainless steel however "stainless" does not mean "rust proof". All stainless steels will rust if not cared for. Rust is not covered by warranty. Sheaths are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty becomes void for any product that is abused, disassembled, or lost. Outdoor Edge knives are quality cutting tools and should be treated as such. Any use of an Outdoor Edge knife other than cutting is considered abuse.
