Ideal for kitchen, tackle box, game processing table

This is the 2nd Outdoor Edge knife I've bought and I'm really pleased with it. This one has ended up in the kitchen because I like to cook and I like being able to do precision trimming on meat & poultry and having a razor-sharp blade makes quick work of it. I'll be adding a 2nd knife as I'm looking forward to having it ready for the next deer season where I see it being a real asset processing deer.
