This blade is perfect length This blade is perfect for medium sized fish. The blade is pretty stiff if your wondering.Havent tried it on huge fish. Razor sharp as usual. Dull it, and just throw on another blade! Makes you look like a pro!
Love the design and razor edge sharpness which is key! Good for inshore saltwater species.

I got it for boning deer haven’t used it yet.Looking forward to it though.No it will work great
Using to field dress deer. Blade has come out several times when going through breastbone cartilage.

Have not been able to use the Fillet knife yet.Will be able to use in 2 weeks. That is if I catch anything.
This is the 2nd Outdoor Edge knife I've bought and I'm really pleased with it. This one has ended up in the kitchen because I like to cook and I like being able to do precision trimming on meat & poultry and having a razor-sharp blade makes quick work of it. I'll be adding a 2nd knife as I'm looking forward to having it ready for the next deer season where I see it being a real asset processing deer.
