I shot a bear last Fall and made the mistake of lightening the load atop the canyon to the point of not bringing extra blades with, leaving my binocular case with contents of my pack.
I hiked to the bottom of the canyon with my son, took some pics when I realized the error in my ways.
With one blade, a flat rock my son found and a leather belt, I skinned and broke down the bear with one blade successfully.
A few days later, my wife and I harvested two elk, skinned and quartered easily.
Absolutely amazing, can be resharpened and stronger blades than Havalon!

I love it , it's lite , not to heavy in your pocket, I carry mine everyday, plus my 3.5 goes from fishing, motorcycle riding, both are well made and love the handle , you can't beat the warranty, my 3.5 is at lest 6 to 8 years old

My only problem with the present order is that
I requested drop point blades and received gut

We love our Outdoor Edge Knives! My son is an electrician and it's his knife of preference. He lost it and was devastated. Made sure to order extra so were not caught empty handed!
