Between the Tanto and Sheepsfoot blades, I'm not sure which I like best overall. They're both great, as are the rest of the blades I've tried. Some of the edges get damaged easily, but a butcher's steel straightens them back out in seconds.
Love a good tanto blade. Not having to sharpen it, even better! Never have a dull knife again? I think I'll take it.

Popping in a fresh blade into my MX5 is super easy, just the push of a button and a slight tug on the old blade. Then it’s just insert the fresh blade, which is wicked sharp into the blade holder while holding the button down and release button once it’s seated in place. The blades are high precision and very much sharp enough for slicing everything from paper to bone. Be careful, treat these blades with the respect of a razor blade.
