How to I keep and maintain my knife?
Since there’s no need for sharpening, maintenance is simple! Just wipe down the blade, blade holder, and handle after use; if necessary, soak the blade holder in warm soapy water to loosen excessive debris build up, dry thoroughly and you are set to go.
