We love these fillet knives

My friends and I love how this set gives us the perfect blade for every fish we catch in North Dakota. So much so that I own two sets - now everyone in our group can dive in and help when it's time to clean fish. The 9.5-inch blade makes cleaning huge paddlefish a breeze that first week in May. The 7.5-inch blade is perfect for pike and catfish. When we have to tackle our daily limits of walleye, perch, or bluegill, the 6-inch blade is everyone's favorite.
