WARRANTY SERVICE REQUEST FORM:

If you are experiencing a problem with your Outdoor Edge product, please submit the information below for warranty consideration. A valid email address, mailing address, a description of the issue, and image(s) of the issue are required for processing. Please allow up to 7 days processing time beginning upon receipt of the item at Outdoor Edge in Denver, CO. Actual warranty replacement times from start to finish will vary dependent on transit times of items to and from Outdoor Edge. If you are having issues submitting the form, please send the required information to warranty@outdooredge.com
