I have been hunting and fishing a for a long time

I have been hunting and fishing a for a long time. I have a large collection of knives that I have collected through the years. Some are inexpensive and some are custom. This knife is what I am carrying now while hunting big game. I like that its orange so if I set it down I can find it again. Its also the right size for doing a deer or elk in the field, and of course you do not have to worry about it being sharp because its razor sharp and you can replace the blades as needed. Carry and use what ever you want but I am finding this knife to be the one I go to now.

Amazing service

I bought the razor one knife serval years ago. While using it in the field I found the blade not locking to the knife. I contacted the company and they sent a new knife. No problems at all. I am very satisfied with this knife.

Information

I just purchased the Razor APX , sadly the blades I wanted to use were the 500 Boning/ Fillet 5.0 blades no where on this site does it say that these weren’t compatible . Now stuck with a bunch of blades I can’t use . This will be last deal with outdoor edge ! Do better

In general, our knives use the size of blade that corresponds to their size, so if it's a 3.0' knife it will only take 3.0' blades. But, we understand that that could be clearer. Hopefully you'll give us a chance to make it up to you, and that you find a good use for the 3.0' APX knife, as we're pretty proud of the design on this one.

Works great for boning quarters and filleting fish. Also nice to be able to grab a smaller blade when needed at times

Best Hunting Knife Period

These are the best knives I have ever owned. I use to skin out whitetail deer. They are extremely sharpe and the cutting edge stays sharp for a long time. When they do start to dull changing out the blade with a new one is extremely easy. I highly recommend this knife.

Versatility at its best.

Everyone needs this knife because of its versatility. You start with the gutting blade and then switch to the drop point blade to skin the deer. Then to the boning blade to get all of the backstraps and meat off the bone.
Switching the blades take seconds and you always have the sharpest blade!
