Lean ground venison meets bright aromatics like ginger and green onion, while sweet and savory fixings take each bite to a whole new level. Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground venison
- 1⁄2 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1⁄2 cup finely grated carrots
- 1 teaspoon freshly minced ginger
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon of Harvesting Nature’s Big Game Blend
- Dash salt
- 4 King’s Hawaiian Sweet Hamburger Buns
Recommended Fixings:
- Sprouts
- Lettuce
- White cheddar cheese
- Sweet and sour sauce
- Deli mustard
- Grilled Pineapple
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill.
- In a large bowl, gently mix the ground venison, grated carrots, green onions, ginger, egg, panko, soy sauce, salt, and Big Game Blend until combined.
- Form the mixture into four equal patties. Try not to overwork the meat.
- Cook patties for about 4 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temp of 150 degrees F, or your preferred temperature.
- Avoid pressing down on the patties to retain moisture.
- Lightly toast the burger buns.
- Place a venison patty on the bottom bun.
- Add optional toppings
- Finish with the top bun and serve hot.
