QUARTERING AN ELK WITH THE GUTLESS METHOD

Elk are big animals and always intimidating after you walk up on one during recovery.  Our favorite method around here is the gutless. There are several benefits with this method from to not opening the body cavity, from cleanliness and speed to get the quarters cooled down quickly. Here is Fred Eichler giving us a quick rundown on this highly effective method and removing all edible cuts form an elk.
