My husband and I work for a hunt club from October thru April, the club puts out over 30,000 pheasant and chuker every season, my husband and I clean those birds and these shears are the best we've ever used. We are very happy with the product and doing that many birds a season they tend to wear out but we only go thru 2 shears, so they are very durable and priced affodably, I highly recomend them for breasting out your birds.
