This is a very well thought out knife set. The skinning knife with guthook worked very well on an elk, and I used the boning knife on a muley. I received this as a product test from the North American Hunting Club and it included the knife set with sharpener and also the Advanced Wild Game Processing DVD set and an outdoor edge cap.I like the convertible pouch as it allows easy access to the knives while working on the animal and the sharpener is a great addition. I have been big game hunting for 44 years, but I must admit that I have been learning from the instructional DVDs. The knife set and the DVDs are a good value for the money. Good quality and well made. The only downside is that my wife took the ballcap and won't give it back! She said she needed a new cap. Very good products.
